- Names on travel documents must match government-issued identification. You are
responsible for accuracy.
2. Agent for Suppliers
Happy Flights acts as an agent for third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, car rental
agencies, and tour operators. We are not responsible for their actions, omissions,
cancellations, or failures.
3. Travel Documents & User Responsibility
- You are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, health certificates, and
meeting all entry requirements.
- We do not guarantee specific travel times or dates; scheduling and other issues are
controlled by suppliers.
4. Changes & Cancellations
- Requests to change or cancel bookings must follow our Refund Policy and individual
provider terms.
- Fees or penalties may apply depending on supplier rules.
5. Force Majeure
Happy Flights is not liable for delays, cancellations, or other issues arising from events
outside our control—such as natural disasters, acts of government, terrorism, or pandemics.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for personal injury, loss, damage, or delay caused by third parties or
unforeseeable circumstances. Happy Flights is not liable for indirect or consequential
damages.
